Retirement

I'm so sorry that I have been missing most of this month ... have had a lot of balls juggling in the air this month, most not pleasant, and the blog has taken the hit.

I will be back to some regular posting soon I hope - just need to get my life back in some sort of order, if there is ever such a thing!  Of course there is the C word coming up faster than a locomotive so I may just be dreaming but dare to dream is what I say!

In the meantime, here is a card I made recently for a beautiful lady who is finishing her working career today - she is one of my hubby's colleague's and we wish her well as she begins a wonderful new chapter in her life!  I saw this saying on Pinterest and thought it would make the base for a great card and here is what it turned into ...

Some of the products I used were the new Diamonds embossing folder which will be available December 1st!, Yuletide Carol paper, stamped the bird from from Merry, Merry in Ruby and then used Liquid Glass on it, used the Cricut Artfully Sent Collection alphabet for the first letters for R-E-T-I-R-E in Cranberry ink (the rest was computer generated) and Cocoa ink for sponging.

Don't forget that there's only two more day's left for November Stamp of the Month, It's the Little Things.  I haven't had a chance to ink it up yet myself but I hope to soon!  Don't miss your chance!

And stay tuned for a big announcement for a deal of the decade on December 1st as well as the beginning of the new Seasonal Inspiration catalogue which will go live on my website!

Have a lovely day!
